DISTRAIN

1. to constrain by seizing and holding goods, etc., in pledge for rent, damages, etc., or in order to obtain satisfaction of a claim.
2. to levy a distress upon.

You ran away with my heart
A most unfair distrain
I would have you sooner rob me
Of my music set or car
I can always catch a bus
Or listen to the wind, to the swallows.
