SLEEP

Ah, the hope of sleep. I have gotten to a point where I just try and relax allowing my mind to blank. A little Transcendental Meditation helps whether the sleep comes or not. You describe it so well.

i am here to read your work...drawn in for the originality of your thought...thus i comment with the same uniqueness...no canned spam.

for all of us who find sleep a mysterious mistress...i have to embrace your words, like a down comforter in summer...thrusting the blanket away...and yearning for the sleep and the peace.
