Strange! Because it is a French word, frisson is dead easy for me(it was also WotD on The Free Dictionary).

Ah the stupidity of youth.... HIV or other - all for the price of a frisson.

That's one of my favourite words. therefore I try not to use it too often - in the same category as egregious.
