Myriad

MYRIAD

Adj.
Constituting a very large, indefinite number; innumerable: "The myriad snowflakes in the winter."

There must be
A myriad reasons
As to why autumn
Reaved me of my breath
I chose to only retain that
Of your smile
Golden and trembling.
A leaf soon departed.

Wonderful!! Perfect for this first day of fall. Your poetry is delicious. Now myriad is a word I do use. Don't you love the sound of it?

One of my favorite words, I think. Both the poem and the image are beautiful. Sad and sweet.
