Allay

ALLAY

–verb (used with object)
1. to put (fear, doubt, suspicion, anger, etc.) to rest; calm; quiet.
2. to lessen or relieve; mitigate; alleviate

To hold your hand,
Steady your heart beat,
Allay untold worries,
Beat up the monsters in your closet:
That is love.
